**Naar wie zijn we op zoek?**

Omdat steeds meer klanten op zoek zijn naar **het meest geschikte talent
- en leersysteem**, wil The Learning Hub haar van business consultants versterken. Deze consultants **begeleiden** **en assisteren** onze klanten bij het navigeren door het complexe landschap van **Learning Management Systemen** (LMS) en aanverwante modules. Naast het begeleiden van het beslissingsproces, **ondersteunen** onze consultants de klanten bij de **implementatie** van de gekozen oplossingen en zorgen ze voor een vlotte overgang en een optimale integratie in hun organisatorisch kader. **Wat houdt de functie in?**
- Als **vertrouwenspersoon** **begeleid** je **de klant** bij het proces van het definiëren van de scope,het stellen van eisen, het evalueren van een selectie van talentoplossingen (in lijn met de gedefinieerde scope en vereisten),passende oplossingen voorstellen om ervoor te zorgen dat deze optimaal aansluiten bij hun bedrijf.
- Om dit te bereiken, organiseer je **workshops en vergaderingen** bij de klant of online. Afhankelijk van het type klant kan dit voor **korte of lange termijn** zijn **.**:

- Je fungeert als **aanspreekpunt voor de klant.**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **het projectmanagement** tijdens de **implementatie** van de gekozen oplossing, dit houdt in: toezicht houden op de **technische** **configuraties** in samenwerking met onze partners, opvolging van taken en planning en opvolging op hoog niveau van het budget.
- Je ondersteunt en voert workshops en demo's uit voor klanten.
- Je maakt deel uit van een consulting **team** dat in een **agile(Scrum**) omgeving werkt.

- de bereidheid tonen om **je** **technische vaardigheden** te **verbeteren**, waarbij je je verdiept in gebieden als CSS, HTML, SSO en integraties met HR-tools.
- een relevant **universitair diploma** hebt, of een vergelijkbaar denkniveau.
- vloeiend **Nederlands en Engels** spreken. Bonuspunten als je Frans spreekt
- uitdagingen met **enthousiasme** benadert, met een **open houding** die altijd **bereid is om te leren**.
- **bereid bent om te reizen** en op **verschillende locaties** te werken (hoofdactiviteit is in België, hoofdkantoor in Kontich en op locatie bij de klant).
