Viva Wallet offers innovative acquiring and issuing services to businesses of all sizes based on their individual needs. The company was founded in 2010 and is present in 23 countries across Europe. It is a fully cloud-based, licensed e-money institution for the provision of payment services in the 31 countries of the European Economic Area (EEA-31). Viva Wallet is also a Principal Member of MasterCard and Visa for issuing and acquiring services and a partner of leading international companies such as Microsoft, Alipay and PAX.
As a Customer Service Contact Center Agent you will have the following specific tasks:
- To answer to customers through the Live Chat to assist them with everyday issues they have using Viva Wallet services and products;
- To handle written interactions with customers in a comprehensive manner so that predefined SLAs are achieved;
- To provide phone support to customers to provide information on questions they have asked; Address the customer in a friendly, professional manner and you are always customer-oriented;
- To identify, investigate and resolve customer issues using our CRM systems and tools;
- To ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet set service level targets;
- To communicate progress and problem solutions with internal and external customers;
- To identify and assess customer needs to achieve greater satisfaction;
- To ensuring accurate and valid information by using the correct methods/tools;
- To handle customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits;
- To follow the communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
- To develop and maintain a professional relationship with colleagues and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, both in oral and written form;
- Professional knowledge of English is a great advantage;
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and leave nothing to doubt;
- Hands-on attitude to contact existing or potential customers to inform them about a product / service using scripts;
- Demonstrable knowledge of entering and updating customer data in a database;
- Knowledge of accurately taking and processing orders
