- KPMG is currently seeking a
- **Recruitment Officer** to join our Human Resources Department.**Responsibilities**:
- You will serve as the **primary recruitment contac**t to fulfill the hiring needs of a number of specific competency areas within the KPMG organisation;
- Establish relationships with partners and other key stakeholders to understand the needs of the different service lines and offices to deliver recruiting initiatives
- Collaborate with other Recruitment Officers as necessary and execute a consistent recruiting strategy;
- Collaborate with other human resources functions (i.e. employer branding)
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **three years** of experience in recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment;
- Preferably a **native-speaker level in French**, with good knowledge in English and Dutch;
- Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with business leaders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), **strong attention to detail** and **excellent organizational skill**s with an ability to coordinate multiple projects and processes, in a high-impact environment; experience with ATS And CRM platforms
- ** Excellent communication skills,** professional maturity, analytical, time and project management and presentations skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
