**Context & General Role**:
The Retail Operations Officer is part of the Retail Team of the region and is responsible for coordinating specific retail operation functions of the stores in the network. In this role, you will be providing our stores with support and tools to effectively accomplish their objectives in a high standard and complex retail environment.
The Retail Operations team on a whole, across the Benelux-Nordics region, manages projects with the aim of adapting our in-store operations to constantly improve the customer experience in an omnichannel context and to allow our teams to deliver desired results in terms of sales and service quality.
As such, the Retail Operations team supports the stores on all operational matters and is involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with other departments such as IT, Client Experience and Internal Control.
The position of Retail Operations Officer reports to the Retail Operations Manager of the region.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Implement Annual Retail Operations Plan**
- Follow up with and in store: grow operational excellence and efficiency through KPIs monitoring and trainings where needed to properly accompany Store teams
- Review and adapt if necessary, the Annual Retail Operations plan according to priorities defined by the subsidiary, Europe and Group
**Project Management**
- **Maintenance**
Support the Retail Operations Manager in the management of instore maintenance projects. This includes:
- Assessment and potential revision of existing external partners and contracts
- Defining, together with external partners & in-house project teams, the legally mandatory interventions, establishing the yearly maintenance plannings for the stores and ensuring stores are maintained to company standards and all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Budget construction & follow up.
- **Deployment of new store tools**
In coordination with Client Experience, regional IT and central Operations teams in Paris, roll out new store tools/systems/services and continuous support to store teams after the launch. With the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager, this involves:
- Deep-diving into the technicalities of a new tool,
- Preparing and following through on a project time plan,
- presenting tools to store teams and accompanying trainings and questions from them.
- **After Sales operations**
- Train & animate the Sales & Service Support community on processes and tools, communicate on evolutions and accompany store teams in After Sales Customer Experience in store
- Develop partnerships with local repairers in each country
- **Other**
- Build specific regional reports if needed.
- Execute ad hoc projects and related operation assignments such as product destocking.
**Profil**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with excellent interpersonal skills and strong business sense
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations in a retail environment will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities to frequent & multiple deadlines.
- Strong sense of customer service.
- Proactiveness and attention to details
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across different teams and levels in the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in French and English.
