**Retail Loan Manager (Belgium)**

We are looking for a Retail Loan Manager who will be responsible for the daily operations of the branches

(Brussels, Antwerp, Liège and Charleroi) as well as supervising the activities. The Retail Loan Manager will be reporting to the Director Consumer Finance and will have 7 direct reports.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
The main responsibility of the Retail Loan Manager will be managing, coaching, motivating and monitoring the performance of the team at the branches.
- Organizing and conducting market research activities
- Design and development of products or product modifications that contribute to the profitability of the branch
- Making decisions on the prices for the products and services the branch provides to customers in consultation with Head Office
- Making decisions on the advertising strategy of the branch, choose the advertising media and implement the strategy in conjunction with Head Office
- Establishing, developing and coordinating customer and bank relations
- Maintain an optimum level of staff to ensure the professional services to our customers are constantly provided
- Build a well-functioning team, encourage internal communication and cooperation.
- Digitalization of processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing
- Professional experience (at least seven years in retail at a bank or in a similar environment)
- Previous experience in retail banking and online marketing is desirable
- Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English in spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Being familiar with common key figures, have a sense for economic
- Solution and results-oriented, a good understanding of business relationships
- Good communication skills with a hands-on mentality
- Confident and professional demeanour
- Managerial skills in dealing with direct reports
