The Circulation Management Department within the Professional and Mortgage Loans Directorate is responsible for the execution and follow-up of non-contractual events for existing loans and guarantees, both for professional and mortgage loans.

**Description**
- You take care of the administrative processing of adjustments to existing credits: accession or relief of a borrower, implementation of a change of pledge, informalization with or without early repayment, establishment of new guarantees, etc.;
- You take care of the preparation of all kinds of private and notarized credit documents (templates are available, but each file is different). In consultation with Analysis, you make sure that all desired conditions are included in the contract attachments and that the notary is aware of our conditions;
- You follow up each file from A to Z: drafting the addendum, fulfilling all conditions, charging costs, updating in CTRMOD/GARWEB/..., filing the supporting documents.
- You will remain in close contact with the commercial network and notary offices in order to ensure the smooth, correct and qualitative processing of each request;
- You share your experience and ideas so that we can work together to improve credit processes and procedures in order to optimize the efficiency of service to internal and external customers;
- You will report to the Credit Administration Manager and work closely with the other departments of the Credit Directorate to contribute to the growth of the mortgage and professional loan portfolio within the bank.

**Profile**
- You are very accurate and strong in follow-up;
- You are punctual in adhering to procedures and are well organized;
- You are results-oriented;
- You are a team-player but can also work independently;
- You can quickly adapt your priorities to handle an urgent case;
- You are dynamic with a sense of initiative;
- You have a bachelor degree in an economic, financial or administrative direction and preferably a relevant work experience;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch (also written), and preferably also with a good knowledge of French;
- Experience in Credit or Sales is a plus.
