Mortgage File Manager

Within the service " Mortgage Loans " (mortgage loans), your mission will be to follow up the credit files from the acceptance to the execution of the deed, handle the re-scoring after revision, elaborate the deeds and follow up the administration. You are interested in the field of mortgage loans and are willing to learn more about it to possibly evolve in the position?
**Description**
- Following up files both for bank branches and brokers;
- Contacting the notaries for the signing of deeds and their administrative follow-up;
- Preparing the files for the external partner;
- Transferring the files to our partner;
- Answering incoming calls;
- Tracking records and various documents;
- Data input, reminders and follow-up of the files;
- Re-scoring the files after acceptance.
**Profile**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or similar through experience;
- A first relevant experience in a similar position is an asset but not a requirement;
- You are very precise and can organize and plan your tasks as well as prioritize to respond to unforeseen circumstances;
- You have a good working knowledge of Dutch and French;
- You are familiar with Ms office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- You are a team player;
- You can handle stress;
- You have a good commercial feeling;
