(International) Assistent Retail Management
**La mission**:
Als Assistent Retail Management ben jij de spil in ons team en ondersteun je de dagelijkse gang van zaken in onze winkels in België, Nederland en Luxemburg. Je staat in nauw contact met regionale managers, ons hoofdkantoor in Frankrijk en externe dienstverleners. Jouw taken zijn lekker divers:
- **Je bent de administratieve duizendpoot**: van bezoekers ontvangen tot post verwerken, van vergaderzalen regelen tot onkostendeclaraties beheren.
- **Je zorgt voor het reilen en zeilen op ons hoofdkantoor**: assistentie regelen, dossiers opvolgen en nog veel meer.
- **Boekingen voor reizen plannen**: van teamuitjes tot regionale bijeenkomsten, jij fixt het allemaal.
- **In de winkel ben jij de steunpilaar**: voorraden aanvullen, uitdagingen organiseren, klachten afhandelen en nog veel meer.
- **Je bent de communicatie-expert**: je maakt communicatiedocumenten, regelt vertalingen en organiseert zelfs conventies.
**Le profil**:
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Een passie voor retail en ervaring in de detailhandel.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen en spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.
- Met Office 365 ben je helemaal thuis.
