Missions
Finance Project Manager - Luxe / Retail - Bruxelles
En tant que Finance Project Manager, vous rapportez au Directeur Controlling et travaillez en collaboration avec 2 Business Controller et l'équipe Accounting.
Votre rôle allie les aspects Internal Audit & Control, Finance Transformation et ERP implementation.
Vos tâches principales consistent en :
- Évaluer et améliorer l'efficacité des contrôles internes et des processus opérationnels (en alignement avec le groupe) et en effectuant des audits pour identifier les risques potentiels et les problèmes de non-conformité
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies complètes de transformation financière adaptées aux besoins uniques de chaque partie prenante, en alignant les processus financiers sur leurs objectifs stratégiques
- Collaborer avec différents départements pour mettre en œuvre les recommandations et surveiller leur exécution
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes réglementaires et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie
- Être en charge de l'implémentation du nouvel ERP en lien avec le groupe
- Participer à divers projets ad-hocs.
Profil du candidat
Finance Project Manager - Luxe / Retail - Bruxelles
- Master en Finance / Business Administration / Ingénieur de gestion
- 3-5 ans d'expérience en Audit Externe ou Audit Interne
- Fortes compétences de Business Partnering et volonté d'interagir avec différentes parties prenantes en local & à l'international
- Excellente communication
- Capacité à travailler seul et en équipe
- Connaissance courante du français et de l'anglais
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et de reporting.
