As the Channel Manager Retail, you will be the driving force behind the establishment and management of our retail outlets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
**1. Location Analysis and Contract Negotiation**:
- Actively seek ideal retail locations.
- Negotiate contracts with potential retail partners.
**2. Business Case Development**:
- Create a comprehensive business case, including determining the number of FTEs, potential revenue, and infrastructure costs.
**3. Creative Retail Concept**:
- Contribute creatively to attractive retail concepts.
- Develop briefings for the marketing team regarding store layout and required equipment.
**4. **Customer-Centric Approach and Feedback**
- Cultivate a customer-centric profile, taking initiatives based on customer feedback.
**5. Personnel Management**:
- Leading and recruiting shop managers and customer agents.
- Independently design an organizational structure.
**Must Haves Qualities & Talents**:
- Proven people management skills with experience leading shop managers and customer agents.
- Analytical skills for developing business cases and monitoring profitability.
- Solution-oriented with strong verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual with excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external.
- Strong customer focus with negotiation skills.
- Comfort with computers and interest in CRM management systems.
- University degree, preferably in economics, marketing, communication, etc.
