Onze klant is een **internationale dienstverlener in de farmaceutische sector.**
De groep is actief in 27 landen en telt ongeveer 47.000 medewerkers. In België werken 1.500 medewerkers in verschillende entiteiten, met als gemeenschappelijk doel aan alle behoeften van apothekers te voldoen om hen op die manier succes te verzekeren.
We rekruteren voor een entiteit die beschikt over 7 magazijnen waar geneesmiddelen worden opgeslagen. Dankzij hun organisatie en logistieke innovatie kunnen zij dagelijks een breed gamma van producten leveren aan 4.000 apothekers in België.

De huidige HR Officer besloot om het bedrijf te verlaten. Om die reden is onze klant op zoek naar vervanging.
**Wat ga je doen? Waar liggen je verantwoordelijkheden?**
Als HR Officer beheer je het **volledige selectieproces** van kandidaten bij de klant.
- Dagelijkse contacten met de business, de hiring managers en externe leveranciers
- Vacaturebeheer, van intake tot publicatie op diverse job boards
- Adviserende rol naar de business
- Actieve samenwerking met universiteiten en opleidingsorganisaties
- Rekruteren van jongafgestudeerden aan de hand van campus recruitment, student cocktails,...
- Ondersteunen van het HR-team via de uitwerking van verschillende** HR-projecten**.
- Uitwerken van verschillende ontwikkelpaden in samenspraak met de HR Director
**Hoe ziet je team eruit?**
Je maakt deel uit van het HR Team. Voor de entiteit & regio waarvoor jij zal werken, werken nog 2 andere collega met een profiel van Payroll officer, een HRBP die doe ook selectie & recruitement doet. Jouw vaste standplaats wordt het hoofdkantoor in Waver maar je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om je regelmatig naar de kantoor in Gent te verplaatsen. Hiernaast mag je ook rekenen op structureel thuiswerk na je opleidingsperiode (max. 2 dagen per week voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling).

- je geen affiniteit hebt met rekrutering op verschillende levels, van puur operationele profielen tot middle management en directie

- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je de business kan adviseren en overtuigen vanuit je expertise en deskundigheid
- Je kandidaten kan interviewen in **het Nederlands en het Frans.** Als je hiernaast nog een woordje Engels spreekt dan is dit zeker een troef
- De medische sector spreekt je aan en u bent een betrouwbare en geloofwaardige partner
