Key responsibilities

  • Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs.
  • Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
  • Identifies and proposes simple changes el local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • 5+ years of full cycle inhouse recruiting or Agency experience ideally in consumer goods or related industry.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Experience managing high volume recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends. Proficiency in
, French, and Flemish both written and spoken.

Preferred

  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Resultsdriven mindset, with the ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
