En tant que HRBP, vous gérerez efficacement le plan RH avec l'équipe People Services et dans l'ensemble de l'organisation OneHR.
**Description**
- Être un partenaire RH de confiance et agile pour les dirigeants afin de conduire l'agenda des personnes et de respecter les priorités ;
- Élaborer des solutions pragmatiques pour résoudre les problèmes complexes de l'entreprise locale et tirer parti des ressources plus larges de OneHR pour soutenir la mise en œuvre ;
- Diagnostiquer et/ou mettre en œuvre des projets de changement conformément à l'agenda des RH ;
- Accompagner les dirigeants afin d'accroître la diversité par le biais du recrutement et de la gestion des talents ;
- Travailler en partenariat avec les relations avec les employés pour résoudre les problèmes à haut risque ;
- Utiliser les outils et processus numériques, de données et d'analyse pour obtenir des informations prospectives afin de diagnostiquer les problèmes et d'éclairer l'exécution de la stratégie en matière de ressources humaines.
**Profile**
- Licence en gestion des ressources humaines ou en administration des affaires ;
- Vaste expérience dans un rôle de HRBP soutenant plusieurs domaines d'activité et gérant des changements complexes à l'échelle mondiale ;
- Expérience du soutien à des clients techniques très complexes ;
- Expérience de la mise en œuvre d'interventions dans le cadre d'une série d'activités RH, notamment le développement du leadership, la gestion des talents, le coaching des cadres, la constitution d'équipes performantes, le renforcement des capacités et la gestion des performances ;
- Expérience de la conception et de la réalisation de projets de changement culturel et organisationnel à grande échelle, mondiaux et transformationnels, permettant d'améliorer l'efficacité de l'organisation ;
- Expérience de l'utilisation des données et de l'analyse pour identifier les perspectives commerciales ;
- Expérience du recrutement, de l'intégration, de l'accompagnement et du conseil de cadres supérieurs.
