**Function**:
The Key Account Officer will play a pivotal role in our **Customer Service Department. **Serving as the **primary point of contact** for our **key clients**, pharmaceutical companies. Responsible for ensuring seamless communication, **addressing inquiries**, **resolving issues**, and providing exceptional **support** to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to **address client needs** and ensure smooth execution of services.
- Monitor account activity, track key performance metrics, and provide **regular updates to clients** on service performance and enhancements.
- Participate to regular business reviews with clients to **assess satisfaction levels**, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and correspondence in the **CRM** system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

**Profile**:

- Minimum **Bachelor's degree**.
- **Previous experience** in customer service or account management in **logistics or pharmaceutical industry** is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and **trust with clients**.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in **French and Dutch **(English is an asset), with the ability to effectively convey complex information and negotiate solutions.
- Exceptional **problem-solving** abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in **CRM** software and **Microsoft Office Suite.**:
