**To support our Pennakem production site located in Memphis (Tennessee), we are recruiting for Minasolve a**:
**Sales Administration & Supply Chain Assistant (M/W) - **_based in Louvain-La-Neuve_
**Permanent Contract**

You are supporting the administration of the sales activity from treatment of customer orders to product deliveries to customers and assists the Supply Chain Manager in the organization of the product supply chain to ensure that business plans and customer demand can be fulfilled in time and quantity.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Treatment and confirmation of sales orders.
- Planning & supply: you are managing products’ orders, organizing production with service suppliers, coordinating the activity with Minasolve’s external logistics services and keeping our customers informed and keeping track of Minasolve-owned stock at services suppliers.
- Delivery of products: you ensure sales documentation is prepared correctly and delivered to the customer with the shipments.
- Purchase and sales administration: you manage purchase related documents, most importantly delivery notes and invoices.
- You are the contact point for customers and capture and record customer satisfaction events.
- Quality management: you are responsible for supplier complaints and participate as co-auditor in audits.
- CSR Projects: you ensure that the supply chain and traceability requirements of RSPO and COSMOS certified materials are maintained.
- You manage our ERP administration (orders, forescasts, sales documentation, materials movements)

You already gained at least two years’ experience in a customer service department, and you are customer and service oriented, able to stay calm under pressure and reliable.

Fluency in English and in French is required. As well as any experience with an ERP, preferably SAP.

You work accurately and are very well organised and structured. You are driven, reliable and committed to working as a member of a small team. You are a team player, can work autonomously and have excellent communication skills?
