L'un de nos clients, une ONG internationale en pleine expansion, recherche un gestionnaire du Conseil.
**Description**

Le gestionnaire du Conseil est responsable de la gestion des relations et de la fidélisation des cadres supérieurs dans le cadre des programmes qui lui sont attribués. Il est le principal interlocuteur des membres et des participants des programmes exécutifs et est responsable de la logistique de A à Z des réunions (hybrides, virtuelles ou en personne), y compris de l'administration des produits attribués. Le gestionnaire est également un acteur clé dans la mise en relation des membres des programmes exécutifs avec les connaissances développées et créées par l'organisation.

En outre, il contribue de manière significative à la stratégie du département et aux décisions opérationnelles.

Responsabilités:
Le gestionnaire des programmes exécutifs devra
- superviser le déroulement des réunions du Conseil
- Veiller à ce que les membres du Conseil disposent des informations et du matériel nécessaires pour vivre une expérience enrichissante au sein du Conseil.
- Maximiser l'engagement et la fidélisation des membres du Conseil
- Maintenir des prévisions de dépenses de réunions précises et opportunes
- Soutenir le processus de facturation afin d'assurer des paiements dans les délais.

**Profile**
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de la langue anglaise
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur
- Vous avez au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience, de préférence dans un poste en contact avec la clientèle.
- Vous êtes prêt à voyager
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les clients (idéalement avec des cadres de haut niveau).
- Vous êtes sociable et avez le sens du service
- Vous êtes capable de faire face à des situations défavorables et inattendues de manière posée et professionnelle.
