**Doelstelling**:
Giving technical specialty support, ensuring process support and consultancy concerning the development and design of processes, methods, technologies, products and equipment for an optimal and efficient Core Business of Sanofi Genzyme Specialty Care.
**Voornaamste taken**:
Position is practised under cGMP and should at least meet all the current quality and safety requirements and industrial standards laid down by the official auditing instances. This encompasses, among other things, production facilities, product safety, staff qualifications, procedures and documentation.
Maintaining the policy for employees' wellbeing, environmental care and energy use in accordance with education and instructions received, for instance by using work equipment and personal protection gear properly, reporting incidents and non-conformities, and rendering assistance in the identification of risks and preventative measures.
The position also entails working within the Genzyme culture, values and standards.
This is to provide a high-grade, safe and working product.
- Analytical, technical and/or process support, both when asked and proactively providing
consultancy, service and technical expertise within their own field
- Monitoring processes, methodologies, analyses, equipment, adjusting and/or escalating when necessary
- Following up developments within own responsibilities and acquiring and sharing of knowledge within this domain
- Formulating, initiating andperforming specific research into (the performance of) existing and innovating processes/methods and technologies, as well as developing and implementing new (partial) processes and technologies
- Ensuring scientific/technical reports and documents Ensuring compliance with legal norms, rules and regulations
- Collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting of data and analyses Maintaining, adjusting and communicating documentation and process knowledge
**Profiel**:
- Master's/PhD or equal through relevant experience
- Experience level > 3 years
- Elaborating a plan of approach on the basis of general objectives. This is discussed with the superior or representative
- Critically assessing the process/method performance while being creative and with out-of-the-box interpretations, suggestions E.g., elaborating experimental setups (design, sample selection, testing,) to answer a specific question
- The SME responsible for the research coordination and approach for the field of expertise consults with the
superior or representative
- Analyses, assesses and identifies risks and opportunities in existing processes and procedures within the own field of expertise and proposes possible improvements
Important:
During the implementation period, there is a possibility that work will be done in shifts or on the weekends. Possible overtime is also applicable.
