**Job Description**:
The Legal Operations Analyst will work in the team of the Head of Legal Operations and support the team in their corporate housekeeping and legal entity administrations tasks.
**Main tasks**
- Corporate legal housekeeping for service and holding entities in Belgium and Luxembourg, (preparing and drawing up various company law documents such as minutes of general meetings and boards of directors, various agreements, etc.);
- Handling filing and publication requirements for Belgian and Luxembourg companies;
- Support group-wide intercompany contracting activities;
- Handle request for changes in legal structure of Eurofins 1000+ worldwide entities;
- Communicate with Eurofins entities worldwide on legal matters, supporting in documentation and corporate housekeeping matters;
- Act as a liaison between worldwide affiliates, corporate directors, local legal contacts, assistants etc. in a professional and timely manner;
- Distribute documents for signatures, follow-up on the progress and subsequently dispatch fully signed documents;
- Handle notarization, legalization and translation of documents, order certificates from trade registries;
- Organize and consistently maintain paper and electronic files in a timely manner;
- Assist with ongoing and future projects (such as introducing electronic signatures, setting up a templates database);
- Support the legal departments evolution in a fast-paced, growing organization;
- Promote effective work practices, works as a team member within a demanding and international environment.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Personal Skills**: Rigorous, well-organized, ability to anticipate and act proactively, ability to work autonomously, excellent drafting and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- ** Initial Education Background**:You hold at least a bachelor degree in a relevant field, legal background would be a plus
- ** Language skills and level expected**: Fluent in English and French
- ** Type and duration of previous experience**: Experience as legal operations assistant or paralegal in law firm or corporate environment of at least 2 years
- ** Technical knowledge (e.g. IT )**: Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel) to be able to handle high volume of documents rapidly and implement new efficient solutions
