Voor onze afdeling: Patrol & Response zijn wij op zoek naar een Area Team Leaders (Regio Gent).
Als
**Area Team Leader** zijn je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:
- Functioneel toezicht houden op operationele medewerkers om enerzijds de naleving van de distributie en anderzijds de kwaliteit van het werk te waarborgen.
- Uitvoeren van diverse operationele en administratieve werkzaamheden gerelateerd aan de functie om operationele medewerkers te ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van hun dienstverlening en een continue informatiestroom naar de verantwoordelijken te garanderen.
- Coördinatie van de opstart met nieuwe klanten om nieuwe operationele activiteiten te kunnen initiëren.
- Informatie verstrekken aan zijn lijnmanager over operationele mogelijkheden om nieuwe commerciële partnerships aan te gaan.
- Uitvoeren van diverse controle
- en bewakingstaken in het veld om operationele medewerkers te ondersteunen tijdens hun dienst en een goed gevoel in het veld te behouden.
- Doorgaan met het ontwikkelen van de OneG4S-spirit om de positie van de G4S-organisatie in de markt als leverancier van wereldwijde veiligheids
- en beveiligingsoplossingen te bestendigen.
**Wat we zoeken**:
- .Je kan vlot met de computer werken (Office, G4Plan, G4S-aanmelding systemen,...)
- Kennis van de wetgeving met betrekking tot bewaking.
- Kennis van sociale wetgeving, bijvoorbeeld over CAO's in de sector, regelgeving voor uren, etc.
- Je beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden en goede people-management skills.
- Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren.
- Je bent stressbestendig, zelfzeker en standvastig.
- In het bezit zijn van een Secundair A2-diploma is vereist.
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring vereist (Bewakingssector).
- Je bent flexibel en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
