De opdracht
Als ‘Global Head of ICT Production’ ben je binnen de IT-organisatie verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen en het operationeel krijgen en houden van de volledige ICT infrastructuur in alle landen waar Kinepolis operationeel is. Samen met de CIO ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van nieuwe initiatieven in lijn met de algemene strategie.
Jouw taken
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor een internationaal team van medewerkers die instaan voor de support en voor de realisatie van ICT-gerelateerde taken. Je zorgt voor tevreden medewerkers die op een kwalitatieve manier en binnen de deadlines hun taken realiseren;
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de ICT support afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de helpdesk permanent bemand is en dat incidenten opgelost worden binnen de vastgestelde Service Level Agreements;
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van terugkerende preventieve onderhoudstaken, alsook voor de ICT-gerelateerde taken van projecten die door Kinepolis geïnitieerd worden;
- je neemt alle nodige initiatieven voor het “up-and-running” houden van de onderliggende systemen, dat een topprioriteit is;
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor het capaciteitsmanagement van de volledige productie infrastructuur van de groep;
- je initieert alle nodige initiatieven om het netwerk (LAN en WAN) voldoende performant en zeker te houden;
- je maakt op, organiseert en bewaakt procedures:
- voor optimale “disaster/recovery” met de garantie van backup van alle data;
- voor de opvolging van de rechten en rollen van Kinepolis-users;
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van onze systemen en gegevens. Je neemt alle mogelijke initiatieven om er voor te zorgen dat externe (en eventueel interne) aanvallen of bedreigingen tegengehouden of vermeden worden;
- je bent budget owner en zorgt voor de opvolging van de budgetten;
- je negotieert en bewaakt IT-gerelateerde contracten met derden in nauwe samenwerking met de Kinepolis ICT Vendor manager;
- je denkt na over mogelijke optimalisaties in lijn met de algemene en de ICT strategie en bespreekt dit met de CIO;
- je organiseert en leidt de periodieke overleggen op diverse niveaus zodat er adequaat gecommuniceerd kan worden over alle ICT aspecten (architectuur, projecten en organisatie).
Jouw ervaring en opleidingsniveau
- je bent in het bezit van een ICT master diploma;
- je hebt een professionele ervaring van minimum 5 tot 10 jaar in een gelijkaardige rol;
- je ervaring in een internationale bedrijfsomgeving is een plus.
Jouw sterktes
Technisch
- kennis en ervaring van Project Management methodieken (Prince2, PMBok, );
- kennis en ervaring van Service Management methodieken (ITIL,..);
- kennis van IT-infrastructuur (netwerken, servers, storage, AD, Cloud );
- kennis van de laatste nieuwe trends & technologieën op vlak van data centers & virtualisatie
- kennis van backup/recovery strategieën en oplossingen;
- je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

- je bent flexibel, pro-actief en en beschikt over een goed planning
- en organisatievermogen;
- je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen, waarbij je de reflex hebt om IT/departement overstijgend te denken bij het onderzoeken van issues
- je bent een doorzetter en presteert goed onder stress;
- je bent een geboren leider en beschikt over de nodige people management skills;
- je bent communicatiefvaardig en klantgericht;
