As Head of Talent Development you are responsible for defining and rolling out the company strategy in terms of Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development and Succession Planning, in line with the business and growth objectives of Cerba Research and with regulatory obligations. He/She supports building a learning culture throughout the organisation.
**Your responsibilities will be**
- Identify the company’s needs in regards to Learning and Development, and translates these needs into a strategy, concrete action plan and budget
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure regulatory training requirements are met throughout the organization
- Own, roll out and monitor the Cerba Research onboarding program
- Own, roll out and monitor the Cerba Healthcare Group Performance Management and Talent Review processes with Heads of Departments
- Roll-out and ensure proper use of the Cerba Healthcare Group HR Information System modules related to Talent Development (Performance Management, Talent Review, LMS), including training managers and employees as relevant
- Provides ongoing education and guidance to managers and leadership teams about the need to adopt a holistic view of Talent Management requirements incorporating Learning, Career Development and Succession Planning
- Conduct career interviews with Talents and Key employees
- In collaboration with Heads of Departments, define and monitor development plans for Talents and Key employees, using a balanced approach between training, training through others, on the job training (10-20-70 approach)
- Research new technologies, methodologies and trends in workplace learning and presents this research
- Track and report Talent Management KPIs on a monthly basis (training spend, number of hours of training, etc.)
- Engage third party vendors when required skill sets or capabilities are not available through staff and manages relationships with said vendors
- Lead and drive the program calendar and development events, as well as the related internal communication
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role, as needed by the department or requested by management
**To be successfull in this role, you'll need**:
- 5-10 years of experience with Talent Management, Career Development, Learning & Development
- Experience in a global company and multi-country remit
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Fluent in English both written and verbal, fluency in French is an asset

- Strong HR and business acumen
- Analytical skills, sound planning and organizational skills, demonstrated problem-solving skills
