Head of Development

**Functie**:
Als Head of Development geef je leiding aan het Development team van Alides, dat bestaat uit een 12-tal projectontwikkelaars en -managers, met het oog op de **ontwikkeling en realisatie van kwalitatieve vastgoedprojecten**. Je rapporteert aan de COO van Alides, en maakt zelf deel uit van het managementteam.
Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren volgende zaken:
- Je **stuurt het Development team van Alides aan**, en formuleert de **strategie en jaarlijkse targets **van het team.
- **Je coacht en motiveert **de teamleden** **zodat ze hun competenties, vaardigheden en talenten maximaal kunnen ontplooien.****:
- In grote, complexe of voor Alides belangrijke dossiers neem je **inhoudelijk een actieve rol op in de verschillende fasen van projectontwikkeling** (acquisitie, ontwerp, de vergunningsfase, aanbesteding, prijs
- en contractvorming, commercialisatie, opvolging werf tot en met de oplevering).
- Je fungeert ook als **klankbord** voor de projecten van het team en staat mee in voor de **realisatie van de projecten, in lijn met de vooropgestelde doelstellingen** inzake kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en kostenefficiëntie.
- Je staat in voor de **implementatie van de **bedrijfsprocessen** m.b.t. projectontwikkeling en projectmanagement, en stuurt deze bij wanneer nodig.
- Samen met jouw collega’s van het managementteam sta je in voor een **vlotte, efficiënte en resultaatgerichte werking en communicatie** binnen Alides.
- Je bent het **gezicht van Alides **naar externe stakeholders toe; je verdedigt steeds de belangen van Alides en zet je netwerk op een waardevolle manier in.
- Je volgt **evoluties en trends** op binnen het domein van projectontwikkeling en -management en introduceert deze waar opportuun in de organisatie.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt mínimaal een **15-tal jaar werkervaring in projectontwikkeling en uitvoering**, idealiter in zowel de residentiële, als kantorenmarkt en dit in diverse regio’s in België.
- Je beschikt over een **Masteropleiding** in een technische richting (Ingenieur, Architectuur of Bouwkunde) of een financiële richting, op voorwaarde dat je dit aanvult met technische ervaring.
- Je **houdt ervan om mensen aan te sturen**, biedt daarbij een duidelijke visie en structuur en formuleert helder jouw verwachtingen; tegelijkertijd stimuleer je het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheid door de teamleden en geef je de ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen.
- Je werkt **resultaatgericht** en toont je **ambitieus, besluitvaardig** en **stressbestendig** in wat je wil bereiken.
- Je bent ook **organisatorisch zeer sterk **- zowel wat de eigen planning, als deze van het team betreft.
- Je bent ook **communicatief **sterk; zowel naar externe, als interne stakeholders krijg je je visie vlot en duidelijk verteld, je hebt impact op anderen door jouw overtuigende stijl en argumentatie en deinst er niet voor terug om de belangen van Alides in onderhandeling-situaties te verdedigen.
- Je drukt je goed uit in het **Nederlands, Engels en Frans**.
