Ben jij de nieuwe HR medewerker die we zoeken? In deze gezellige KMO, regio Machelen, zoeken we een veelzijdige HR-Hero die het team kan versterken.

Als HR medewerker werkt je nauw samen met de HR manager.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

- Algemene HR administratie
- Aanspreekpunt voor de werknemers
- Payroll in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
- Vormgeven aan het preventiebeleid
- Werken aan leuke en nieuwe HR-gerelateerde projecten
- Werving & Selectie van nieuwe medewerkers, voornamelijk arbeiders. Je staat bovendien in voor de onboarding.

**Profiel**:
Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
Je hebt bij voorkeur al kennis van HR en sociale wetgeving. Met een gezonde dosis leervermogen kom je ook al ver.
Je bezit de vaardigheden van een echte HR-Hero: empathisch, nauwkeurig en integer.
