We assist a wide range of large industrial companies, international banks, institutions or consulting firms as well as local startups and SME’s.**At AION Consulting, we believe in new ways of working based on decentralized management** in which responsibilities and decision-making powers are distributed throughout self-organizing teams rather than being vested in a classic management hierarchy.
- As a
- ** Manager** you will accompany the firm in its projects and the assessment of business, economic and financial trends through our various consulting solutions. Thanks to your professionalism and your exceptional soft skills, you will deal with many challenges that will allow AION Consulting to pursue its growth.- What will you do- Build your own client portfolio based on our global strategy;
- Analyze client needs, issues and challenges in **procurement, purchasing strategy and supply chain**:
- Follow-up your indicators and manage your client expectations;
- Contribute to understanding economic trends, creating analyses, and generating insights about our key strategic metrics;
- Review procurement strategies and policies - both internally and externally - to improve efficiency, identify quick wins and strategic rooms for improvement;
- Deliver presentations to key stakeholders to illustrate competitive and industry dynamics and the interplay between these elements;
- Hold client meetings, update contracts, review technical or strategic specifications, and negotiate your supplier contracts;
- Coordinate your team’s activities and priorities to reach global targets;
- Promote and implement new ways of working on our market by supporting our activities and participating to external and internal events;
- Represent the firm in media, external meetings, conferences or networking events to highlights our capabilities and ways of working;
- Be part of the company board, make concrete decisions and be a game changer within AION Consulting.
- What are we looking for ?- ** Exceptional emotional intelligence, ability to adapt to a startup environment **and understand the **principles of a Liberated Company**:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Business Economics or Finance ;
- ** 5 to 8 years** in a similar role in Finance, preferably in consulting ;
- ** A procurement certification is an important plus**:
- Professional level in **Dutch and French**, with excellent level in English ;
- Willing to work in fast-evolving environment and in a startup context ;
- Not afraid of autonomy, responsibility and decision-making ;
- Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals ;
- Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles ;
