Met het oog op de verdere groei van het team zijn we **op zoek naar een gedreven Tender Coordinator** voor voltijdse medewerking in ons kantoor te Antwerpen.
**Functieomschrijving**:
In overleg met de leidinggevende Director sta je in voor het beheer en de administratieve opvolging van de kandidaatstellingen.
Via verschillende kanalen (bulletin der aanbestedingen, websites, bouwmeester,) ga je actief op zoek naar interessante kandidaturen in de categorieën architectuur, stedenbouw en interieur, in Vlaanderen en Brussel.
Je maakt een screening van de aanbestedingen en kandidaturen volgens de POLO-criteria.
Je analyseert en coördineert eveneens aanvragen tot samenwerking van externe partners (ingenieursbureau, aannemer, ontwikkelaar, collega-architect).
Na bespreking en selectie door het directiecomité sta je in voor de opvolging van de kandidaatstellingen.
Je coördineert en plant de opmaak van de kandidaatstelling. Indien er externe partners betrokken zijn, fungeer je als centraal aanspreekpunt.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de samenstelling, de opmaak en het indienen van de offertebundel en je volgt het dossier op tot het gegund is.
Je ondersteunt het wedstrijdteam op het gebied van administratieve documentatie en organisatie van wedstrijdoffertes.
Je zal je vaardigheden ook inzetten voor diverse administratieve en management ondersteunende taken.
**Profiel**:
Je hebt voeling met een werkomgeving in de creatieve sector.
Je hebt je eerste werkervaring achter de rug. Of je overtuigt ons ervan dat je weinig ervaring compenseert met veel skills en nog meer motivatie.
Je hebt zin voor analyse en synthese.
Je bent een organisatorisch talent en je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
Je bent communicatief, assertief & klantvriendelijk.
Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig, want er zijn soms strakke deadlines.
Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd, met een sterk oog voor detail.
Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels.
Je bent gedreven en wil je vastbijten in een dynamisch en groeiend bedrijf, waardoor je ook jezelf ten volle zal kunnen ontwikkelen.
Je legt vlot contacten met collega's en integreert je snel in nieuwe teams.
Opleidingsniveau: graduaat/bachelor of gelijkwaardig op basis van voorgaande professionele ervaringen.
