Laboratory Technician

**To support Poulpharm’s diagnostic laboratory, which includes departments such as bacteriology, serology, virology, parasitology, hematology, histology, and PCR, Poulpharm is looking for a laboratory technician (M/F).**
WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?
You are responsible for performing various microbiological and PCR analyses for clinical studies.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the lab
- You will process data generated during lab activities
- You will assist with equipment maintenance and calibration
- You will actively and enthusiastically contribute to the development and implementation of the lab’s daily quality policy
- Depending on your knowledge and interests, you can work in one or more of our lab departments

You will report and discuss the analysis results with the scientific manager assigned to the project.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field or equivalent experience
- Experience with sterile lab work and/or any of the above-mentioned lab specialties is a plus but not required
- You work accurately and methodically, with attention to detail
- You have strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You can work well both independently and as part of a team
- You have good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- You are available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday for 8 hours) and an additional 2 to 3 days during the week (to be determined in consultation).
- You have an innovative mindset and a “can-do” attitude
