**To support the CRO (Contract Research Organization) and laboratory business unit, Poulpharm is seeking a Scientific Manager PCR.**
- You will be responsible for developing and optimizing new PCR tests.
- You will closely collaborate with technicians, animal caretakers, study directors, as well as the lab team to coordinate PCR projects.
- You will share your expertise by training technicians in the latest developments in PCR.
- You will provide scientific support in the field of PCR.
PROFILE
- You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably with 5+ years of research experience in PCR.
- Experience as a research leader in clinical studies is an absolute requirement.
- Experience in GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) are a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- The ability to quickly learn new techniques, accurately track data, and effectively perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong skills in time management and organization.
- An innovative mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Significant experience in leadership or management in a relevant context.
