**To further strengthen Poulpharm’s position in the market, we are seeking a Business Development Manager.**
- You are able to translate the technical-scientific story into the market.
- You are responsible for developing the marketing strategy and vision.
- You translate the strategy into targeted marketing and communication activities.
- You structure the commercial approach.
- You guide the sales-scientific profiles in acting according to this strategy.
- You are responsible for monitoring the results.
- You implement a proactive policy within the sales team.
- You make the translation to operational marketing.
- You monitor the positioning of the services in the different markets.
PROFILE
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You preferably have a master’s degree in economics.
- You are pragmatic and commercially oriented.
- You have leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of the poultry and swine sector is a big plus.
