Volunteer - Supporters Care

**Are you ready to be part of something great?**:
- Our Supporters Service team is looking for extra help a few hours a week.
- If you are willing to participate to their mission and ensure an excellent service and guidance to our donors, have a look at some of the tasks you would help us with:
**Deep dive into the role**:
- You handle the postal returns and incoming postal mail (direct debit stops, letters, bank account changes, etc.)
- You support the inbox management with a focus on tax certificates, address changes, OPT-outs, direct debit stops.
- You make thorough checks on the donor lists
- You give your support for various administrative tasks: mailings, orders, filing, etc.
**Who will you collaborate with**:
- You join the Supporters Service team (2 people) within our Fundraising Department (7 people in total)
**This is a good match for you if**:
- You are **available at least 1 day a week to come to the office** and you are willing to make a **medium/long term commitment**.
- You speak **Dutch or French**.
- You are **Computer literate** (Database management) and have a basic knowledge of Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- You have a **positive attitude** and a **sensitivity for the cause** and WWF’s values (Courage, Integrity, Respect and Collaboration)
