**Over de functie**:
As a (senior) product owner, you manage the development, roll-out and maintenance of our in-house software to compute and report Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and Run Tim Efficiency (RTE) numbers. These numbers provide vital information during various production meetings. You consult local and global stakeholders at various levels in the organization to document user requirements and functional specifications. You envision the product's future and design a roadmap. You manage a small development team to engineer data pipelines and develop back-end micro-services. You work closely together with production departments to roll out the software on our production lines. You help the team to coordinate support/maintenance efforts in case of unexpected issues.

**PROFILE**
Must Have:
- Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, IT or engineering
- 7 years related work experience (less might be considered depending on previous experience and educational background)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, adapt communication strategy depending on the audience
- Analytical mindset, pragmatic problem solver
- Demonstrated experience with interviewing stakeholders and documenting user requirements and functional specifications
- Proven track record of managing projects with multiple (international) stakeholders
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
Nice To Have
- Experience with automation and manufacturing systems (PLC, SCADA), basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Experience with protocols to extract data from manufacturing systems (OPC UA/DA, MQTT, Profinet)
- Experience with data engineering, data lakes, data warehouses and ETL (Snowflake, Apache Airflow)
- Basic understanding of Historian Software (Osisoft Pi)
- Basic understanding of message bus technologies (Active MQ, Kafka) and relational databases (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle)
- Basic notion of DevOps (Jenkins, Kubernetes), Docker Containers and version control (git, GitLab)
- Notion of functional and object oriented programming languages (Python, Javascript)
- Previously worked in the pharmaceutical or another strongly regulated industry
