**Job Description**:
The HR assistant will work closely with the HR team to provide an efficient administrative service related to all HR processes. As ARHS is an IT consultancy company, with a double-digit growth every year, the HR team is dedicated to supporting that growth with the onboarding of newcomers and with the HR support for all our employees.
We are looking for a motivated administrator with attention to detail and keen to work in a fast-paced HR environment. This role will suit you if you are full of initiative, organized, and work well to deadlines. If you have affinities with Human Resources Management and you are motivated to involve in that field, this opportunity could be for you
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a busy HR team.
- Prepare the administrative documents in collaboration with HR.
- Support the Operational and Managing Directors and team with the preparation of supporting paperwork and documentation.
- Assist the HR team in general queries coming from our employees.
- Payroll management
- Daily fleet management
**Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- You are a young HR graduate, or you have professional administrative experience
- **
You have an excellent command of Dutch, English and French**
- You have an eye for detail (meticulous) and you are well organized
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have affinities with Human Resources management
