The Office & HR Assistant gives where possible general support within the office and supports the HR & Office team. In a nutshell this is what you'll do:
- Most of the time you'll be doing HR administration. As HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR team to provide an efficient administrative service related to all HR processes. You will play a significant role in supporting the different lines of business by handling end-to-end employee lifecycle topics. Schedule meetings for HR, follow up conversations, welcoming policy support, tyre change & follow up, prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, addenda, other paperwork), handle employee questions related to benefits and/or contract changes, contribute to corporate HR projects driving operational HR services enhancements,...
- Being the back-up for the reception a couple of days per month: welcoming visitors, managing the badges, set up meeting rooms,...
- General administrative support: receiving & dispatching mails and packages, managing the subscriptions, finance administration, order office supplies, order gifts,...
- Event administration & follow up.

**Profile**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrated communication skills with partners and stakeholders across all levels, in person or remotely.
- Proficient in MS Office. Experience with a HRIS system is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and French and a good level of English, both spoken as in writing.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Agile and accurate work attitude. Strong ethics and discrete.
