Service Center Techlead

We gaan op zoek naar een **Service Center**Techlead** die met zijn/ haar/ hun technische expertise een steunpilaar zal zijn in ons service center.
Je komt terecht bij Academic Hardware, het team dat zich specialiseert in hardware voor scholen. Dit team staat in voor de aankoop, voorbereiding, levering en herstelling van laptops en Chromebooks. Al onze toestellen worden geleverd met een uitgebreide garantie en service.
**Hoe ziet jouw dag als Service Center Techlead bij Signpost eruit?**
Als **Service Center**Techlead** speel je een essentiële rol in het service center en treed je op als back-up voor de Service Center Manager. Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het vlot verlopen van de dagelijkse activiteiten en ondersteunt de manager bij diverse taken die het service center ondersteunen en versterken.
Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- ** Aanspreekpunt voor de Field Service Teamleads & Repair Technicians**: Je bent het primaire contactpunt in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Dit omvat het beantwoorden van **technische **vragen, bieden van richtlijnen en oplossen van problemen die zich tijdens hun werk voordoen. Je staat klaar om te ondersteunen en te begeleiden waar nodig.
- ** Technische Expertise**: Je bent een technisch specialist in het team en zorgt ervoor dat je kennis steeds up-to-date is.
- ** Uitvoerende Taken**: Naast je leidende rol werk je ook actief mee aan herstellingen, het behandelen van tickets,waarbij je een voorbeeld bent voor het team en meewerkt als meewerkend teamlead.
- ** Ondersteuning Service Center Manager**: Je bent de rechterhand van de Service Center Manager en helpt hen met diverse ondersteunende taken, waarbij je je technische expertise inzet.
- ** Back-up Service Center Manager**: Tijdens verlof, ziekte of afwezigheid van de Service Center Manager, neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op je om de dagelijkse activiteiten in het service center te coördineren en te leiden.
**Als Service Center Techlead beschik je over volgende vaardigheden**:
- Je wilt deel uitmaken van een verhaal van persoonlijke groei en dat van een snelgroeiend bedrijf
- Ervaring in een technische rol, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare setting.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te leiden en te ondersteunen, met sterke focus op klantgerichtheid
- Een proactieve houding, in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en problemen op te lossen.
- Sterke technische vaardigheden en de bereidheid om je kennis voortdurend bij te werken.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederland & Engels
