**Description of the function
**Description of tasks**
- Act as 2nd level support
- Treat requests/ incidents & questions from Support L1 (JIRA Ticket, Internal ticketing tool); provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.
- Keep L1 support informed on request status and progress
- Participate to meetings with the Support team and development team.
- Improving internal documentation and creating FAQs based on received requests and incidents
**Profile description
**Knowledge and skills**
- Higher education or equivalent overall experience
- Basic understanding of SQL and XML
- SOAP UI
- Jasper Reports
- ITIL certified
- A first successful experience in user support (minimum 4 years)
- European level C1 in French and English is mandatory
- Have a good analytical skills and quickly understand process
- Be solution-oriented as well proactive and reactive to any problem
- High communication skills and insure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment
- Strong team player with excellent relationship skills
- You are stress resistant and are able to impart knowledge at various levels
- Any other language is an asset
