**Process Manager, Development Systems Security and Access**

The primary purpose of this job is to develop, standardize and improve the business rules, systems, and processes associated with provisioning access to Development staff and external partners critical to running clinical trials, including Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and investigator sites. The incumbent will need to carry this out with a constant focus on quality, compliance, risk reduction, and end user productivity. The incumbent will need to use their knowledge of compliance and regulations to ensure our systems continue to meet the needs of the latest regulations (GxP, GDPR, Data Integrity, PII). The Process Manger will also help to shape and influence the evolution of our tools in collaboration with key stakeholders from our business and Tech communities.

This role can be based in London - UK, Upper Providence - US, Waltham - US, Poznan - Poland or Wavre - Belgium

In this role you will
- Partner with cross-functional business and Tech groups to develop, standardize and improve technical business processes and/or influence system changes that either increases quality, compliance, productivity or reduces risk.
- Establish expertise and governance related to all business rules needed to automate access provisioning in key Development systems.
- Develop and maintain awareness of the external environment to drive improvement and modernization in access management.
- Serve as advocate for the needs of key user groups, including investigator sites, monitors, and safety staff.
- Provide “level 3” support for key user groups mentioned above, including virtual / screen sharing to troubleshoot and provide real time solutions.
- Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained throughout the lifecycle of a system.
- Provide exceptional customer focussed support.

Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience mapping processes that span multiple systems and business groups
- Demonstrable experience writing business requirements for system integrations
- Significant experience partnering with software suppliers and multi-organizational / globally distributed teams
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office technologies
- Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills
- Content knowledge of clinical development and regulatory processes

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Advanced Degreed preferred but not essential
- Experience in master data management and mapping of highly complex processes
- Hands-on configuration and/or end-user experience with Veeva Development Cloud Vaults, particularly Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Quality
- Understanding of Agile Software Development, experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFE desirable
- Track record in successful solution design, programme and product delivery and service management
