En tant que représentant du service à la clientèle, vous traiterez les appels entrants des clients (du lundi au vendredi) et répondrez aux questions sur notre vaste gamme de services:
Après chaque interaction avec le client, vous enregistrerez avec précision toutes les données pertinentes dans un système avancé et fournirez un bref résumé. Il est important de souligner que ce rôle n'est pas axé sur la résolution des plaintes ou les ventes, mais plutôt sur la fourniture de solutions et la création d'une excellente expérience client.
Au cours de vos conversations téléphoniques, vous pourrez rechercher des informations sur les clients dans notre base de données. Une approche pratique est essentielle à cet égard. En posant des questions ciblées et en écoutant activement, vous pouvez rapidement identifier le coeur du problème et fournir à chaque client une solution ou une réponse sur mesure.

Maîtrise du néerlandais avec un niveau professionnel de français
Expérience dans des rôles de contact avec la clientèle
Vous êtes convivial(e), orienté(e) vers le service et patient(e)
Répondre au téléphone ne vous intimide pas
Vous avez des compétences linguistiques raffinées et correctes que vous adaptez à chaque client
Vous travaillez avec précision et maîtrisez les programmes informatiques.
Vous êtes axé sur les résultats tout en étant axé sur les gens
Vous êtes décrit comme une personne amicale et serviable
Vous pouvez travailler de manière très analytique et identifier rapidement les relations entre les données d'une base de données.
