De functie van Office en Webinar manager bestaat uit twee kerntaken.
Als Office manager neem je de planning en organisatie van de audiovisuele producties op jou in samenwerking met de producers van het audiovisuele team.
Als Webinar manager neem je de leiding in de planning en organisatie van de interne en externe webinars in opdracht van interne klanten.
**De job in een notendop**
- Plannen en organiseren van de audiovisuele producties in samenwerking met de producers van het audiovisuele team.
- Deadlines respecteren en opleveren van de audiovisuele producties.
- Beheren van de budgetten gekoppeld aan de producties.
- Opvolgen van de administratie en facturatie van de free-lancers in samenwerking met het Corporate Office team.
- Organiseren van interne en externe webinars in opdracht van interne klanten.
- Creatief meedenken over de uitwerking van audiovisuele oplossingen in het concipiëren van een webinar.
- De realisatie van een webinar begeleiden van concept tot oplevering in samenwerking met externe free-lance teams.

- Je hebt een groot organisatietalent en beheert met gemak verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd.
- Je hebt ervaring met project management en werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en punctueel.
- Je hebt ervaring met excel en sharepoint.
- Je bent flexibel en hebt zin om aan de slag te gaan in een heel dynamische omgeving.
- Je houdt van uitdagingen en daagt graag je gesprekspartners uit om tot een optimaal resultaat te komen.
- Je bent flexibel en beschikbaar (occasioneel prestaties ’s avonds in het kader van de webinars).
- Je bent stressbestendig.
- Je communiceert vlot, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, en zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
