**Fonction**:
**En tant que Project Manager Junior orienté Quantity Surveyor**, tu es le **partenaire clé pour le bon déroulement de projets immobiliers et en particulier pour la garantie de la bonne tenue budgétaire de ceux-ci.**

Tu participes au développement de projets internes visant à mettre à disposition des outils génériques de reporting, d’estimation et de gestion financière des projets.

Tu assistes le Project Manager Senior dans des projets complexes pour:

- L’établissement de **l’estimation des coûts du projet**:

- La mise en place des **tableaux de bord de suivi budgétaire des projets**:

- La vérification des **états d’avancement** et des **décomptes**

Tu interviens comme Project Manager Junior pour des projets d’envergure plus modeste pour:

- Gérer les **interfaces** entre les intervenants du projet
- Apporter **assistance**, **conseil** et **accompagnement** au maître de l’ouvrage
- Proposer des **solutions pratiques** à des problèmes complexes
- Assurer la maîtrise de la **qualité**, du **budget** et des **délais**.

Tu participes au développement des projets depuis la phase d’initiation jusqu’à la mise en service. Pour les projets d’envergure, tu seras amené à travailler en équipe.

AT Osborne est une équipe constituée principalement d’ingénieurs et d’architectes évoluant dans une ambiance très chaleureuse et solidaire, notamment grâce à de nombreux moments d’équipe, tant festifs que formatifs.

La composition des équipes varie d’un projet à l’autre et permet dès lors de travailler avec un grand nombre de profils différents.

**Profil**:

- Ingénieur civil en construction ou ingénieur industriel en construction
- Passion pour le traitement des données, les outils informatiques et l’intelligence artificielle
- Maitrise orale et écrite parfaite du français et/ou du néerlandais, tu disposes d’excellentes aptitudes dans l’autre langue. La connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
- Excellente connaissance de MS Office (Excel et PowerBI) et des outils collaboratifs
- 3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de l’immobilier et/ou de la construction
- Esprit innovateur, audace et orientation résultats
- Orientation client et aisance relationnelle
- Capacités de planification et organisation
- Proactivité et assertivité
