Dankzij deze softwarepakketten kunnen klanten (ingenieurs, bouwfirma's, eenmanszaken,.) installaties ontwerpen, 3D-visualiseren, controleren en optimaliseren. Kostenbesparing, efficiëntie en kwaliteit van het BIM-proces (= Bouw Informatie Model) zijn het resultaat. Met meer dan 3.800 klanten en een dagelijkse gebruikersgroep van ruim 8.500 tekenaars zijn ze leider in dit marktsegment en toonaangevend in MEP design. De software ontwikkeling gebeurt in Nederland en Roemenië. De extra producten die ze aanbieden zijn state-of-the-art en vergroten de mogelijkheden om snel en efficiënt te werken.
Vanwege de groei die Trimble doormaakt in België, zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar **Construction Software Consultant **.
**De job**:
Als **Construction Software Consultant **begeleid je klanten bij het digitaliseren van hun werkprocessen met behulp van Trimble-producten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **product implementatie **, **systeemtraining **en **projectmanagement **. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en je hebt projecten van verschillende omvang en complexiteit. Je maakt deel uit van het Benelux-team en richt je op product implementaties voor klanten in België en Luxemburg.
**_Wat zal je doen? _**
- Je deelt je technische expertise over de Trimble-producten met onze klanten.
- De behoeften van klanten vertaal je naar creatieve oplossingen die deel uitmaken van het Trimble Construction One Platform.
- Tijdens het onboarding-traject begeleid je de klant door de producten: Kick-off > Configuratie van de software > Training > Go Live.
- in overeenstemming met de behoeften van de klant en contractvereisten volg je de projecten nauw op en bewaak je de afgesproken deadlines,.
- Je communiceert regelmatig met Product Owners, Engineering en Support-teams om verbeteringen en een betere gebruikerservaring te begeleiden.
- Door je uitstekende dienstverlening en je proactiviteit streef je er naar om bestaande klantrelaties verder uit te bouwen.
- Je kunt on-site of remote implementatie
- en trainingsessies verzorgen en hebt de flexibiliteit om van huis uit of een Trimble-kantoor te werken in Leuven.
- Je kan rekenen op de steun van je collega's in het PS-team en gebruik maken van hun expertise bij een uitdagend project. We zijn er om elkaar te helpen
- Je sluit eens per maand (2 dagen) aan bij je collega's van het PS Benelux-team op kantoor in Bodegraven (NL) om tijd door te brengen met je collega's, kennis en ervaringen te delen.
**Profil**:
Wat breng je mee?
- Je denkt en functioneert op bachelor niveau. Bij voorkeur heb je ook reeds een eerste werkervaring in of affiniteit met de bouwsector of software-implementaties.
- Projectmanagement is één van je kwaliteiten waarbij je meerdere complexe projecten en implementaties beheert.
- Je beschikt over goede presentatie-, trainings-, en klantgerichte vaardigheden.
- Naast Nederlands en Engels is een goede kennis van de Franse taal is nodig. Zo zullen Franstalige klanten ook tot je portefeuille behoren.
- Je kan op een creatieve manier tot geschikte en klant specifieke oplossingen komen. Daarbij bewaak je de deadlines en beheer je jouw agenda.
- Je omschrijft jezelf als een proactieve go-getter die vlot communiceert.
