Senior Scrum Master

**Function**:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master. This role is situated in a vibrant ecosystem organized into self-managed Squads, which address a wide array of challenges including production issues, backlog of change requests, business projects, and initiatives aimed at reducing technical debt.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the enhancement of team competencies, both technical and interpersonal.
- Advocate and implement Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery.
- Coordinate the development of personal and organizational performance strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans.
- Strengthen collaboration between product owners and development teams, ensuring cohesion and efficient workflow.
- Navigate and resolve conflicts, bolstering the team's ability to focus on their goals.
- Maintain effective communication channels between all stakeholders, promoting transparency and progress.
- Recognize and optimize the unique strengths of individuals and the team as a whole.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A Master's Degree or comparable experience, with a solid understanding of Agile practices and Scrum Master Certification.
- Over 5 years of experience in Agile coaching or as a Scrum Master, with a robust background in software development, project, and program management.
- Proficiency in Java principles, project management tools, and excellent reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated skills in business and functional analysis, negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership, training, and coaching.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in an IBM Environment are desirable.
- Language proficiency in French or Dutch (native level) with very good knowledge of the other, and a proficient level of English.
**Personal and Professional Attributes**:
- Strong motivational skills with the ability to work autonomously on multiple tasks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership qualities with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally complemented by Project Management Certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, PMBok).
**Location**:
- The position requires a minimum on-site presence of 2 days per week in Brussel, with the possibility of additional days as needed to ensure project success.
