We are currently looking for a **full-time Content Marketing Manager **to strengthen our team. Someone who is passionate about the way great content strategies can educate and influence people in their search for solutions that improves their lives We strongly believe that content management is at the heart of our marketing strategy and we are looking for the person to make it happen.

BePark is a smart parking company that strives at developing products and services that help our real estate and corporate clients digitize the way they manage their parking lots. And in doing so, we enable them to use their parking as a lever for better mobility in and around their buildings At BePark, you will work with young, motivated team members and support major clients from multiple industries across Western Europe.

**What will you be doing?**

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will be part of our marketing team. The team’s role is to ensure that our expertise in the field is discoverable and recognized. Your main mission will be to define and execute the strategy to supercharge our inbound engine as well as empower our sales team with the assets they need to convince. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that has deep expertise in its field and that is able to provide valuable solutions.

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will:

- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Plan, develop and implement the company content's strategy
- Target our buyer personas (focus : real estate) and develop content marketing campaigns to achieve business goals
- Support the creation and the implementation of the Inbound marketing strategy
- Identify real estate & mobility industry trends and deliver engaging content on a regular basis
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Create, edit and improve content for optimal SEO, SEA and lead generation
- Benchmark competitors' content, messaging and communication strategies
- Assist with internal stakeholder interviews to identify business goals and topics
- Coordinate with copywriters and other departments at BePark

**Requirements**:

- You like and have experience working in a similar job in the startup scene and have a passion for SaaS. You don't mind going the extra mile if needed.
- You have a deep interest in the Real Estate industry and its evolution.
- Although you can work independently and efficiently, you like to work in a dynamic team environment.
- You do what you promise and you take ownership of tasks. You always try to go for the best quality possible. You understand the why of decisions and you suggest improvements when you see an opportunity.
- You have a strategic vision and the ability to develop content plans using inbound marketing methodologies. You have experience in creating content in different formats (videos, case studies, eBooks, quizzes, etc.). You also know how to write or improve content for optimal SEO and lead generation.
- You can communicate clearly, also in writing, taking into account who your audience is. You are always honest. You know which is the right channel for each message or question.
- French and English are a must, and if you can write in Dutch, that's even better.
