Bij Corilus staan veiligheid, privacy en kwaliteit heel hoog op de agenda. Dit bewijst onder andere het Security en Privacy team. Binnen Corilus zijn zij verantwoordelijk voor de correcte interpretatie van de GDPR en Informatieveiligheidscontroles en zorgen ze ervoor dat deze in de praktijk op een juiste manier worden toegepast.
Ben je gepassioneerd door data privacy en wil je een cruciale rol spelen in het waarborgen van de naleving van gegevensbescherming binnen Corilus? Als DPO werk je nauw samen met veel collega’s binnen Corilus en ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle privacy gerelateerde zaken.
Jouw challenge:
- Het verlenen van advies en het verstrekken van doeltreffende aanbevelingen over diverse data protection vraagstukken met een scherp oog voor detail en compliance.
- Grondig beoordelen van gegevensverwerkingsovereenkomsten.
- Je ondersteunt de teams bij de uitvoering van DPIA’s.
- Actief ondersteuning bieden bij het afhandelen van verzoeken van betrokkenen, met aandacht voor klantgerichtheid.
- Bijwerken van het register van verwerkingsactiviteiten.
- Voortdurend monitoren van interne naleving van privacyregelgeving, met proactieve maatregelen om eventuele risico’s te beheren.
- Je adviseert bij de afhandeling van incidenten waarbij persoonsgegevens zijn betrokken.
- Implementeren van passende beleidsregels en procedures passend bij de snel evoluerende privacy omgeving.
- Coördinatie, implementatie en rapportering van data privacy projecten
- Je helpt mee met opzetten en begeleiden van bewustwordingscampagnes.
Naar welk talent zijn we op zoek?
- Je behaalde een bachelor
- of masterdiploma en je kan terugkijken op een gelijkaardige ervaring binnen gegevensbescherming.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Een grondige kennis van de GDPR is noodzakelijk. Kennis van gegevensbeschermingspraktijken binnen de medische sector is zeker mooi meegenomen.
- Een certificatie zoals DPO, CIPT, CIPP, CIPM, of gelijkaardig is zeker een meerwaarde.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met zowel de IT-technische als de juridische kant van data protection. Je bent geïnteresseerd in de nieuwe trends en technologieën met betrekking tot informatieveiligheid en privacy, die voor de organisatie een toegevoegde waarde kunnen betekenen.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je bent in staat om vooropgestelde ideeën schriftelijk op een gestructureerde en duidelijke wijze weer te geven. Tevens ben je analytisch ingesteld, proactief en praktijkgericht. Verder kan je zelfstandig en georganiseerd werken.
- Je beheerst de 2 landstalen en bent sterk in het Engels
