**Project Management Officer - Advanced Data Processing & AI**:
The EluciDATA Lab bundles Sirris' expertise in advanced data processing and AI. The Lab's mission is to stimulate data innovation and the uptake of AI within the Belgian technological industry.
As a Project Management Officer you provide overall program support regarding customer relationship management, project management administration and event management:
- You coordinate and support the program activities and are the liaison between your team, our internal corporate services and the external industrial network and public bodies.
- You are involved in research proposal preparation by supporting the set-up of new project proposals and the administrative follow up of the project portfolio:
- You network and lobby with the advisors of the funding bodies (EU, Innoviris, VLAIO) in order to address the relevant funding modalities for the projects
- You are in charge of monitoring the reporting activities of your colleagues within the funded projects and follow up on GEP, ESG, Ethics, GDPR, IPR issues, data license agreements, NDA’s
- You communicate with the EluciDATA community, participate to networking and are the contact point for companies wanting to innovate with AI.
- You contribute to the acquisition and execution of new commercial projects e.g. by providing consultancy in data legislation and regulation issues.
- Your coordinate the organisation of training sessions and events for industry.
**What do we expect from you ?**:
- You have a master degree in a technological discipline with affinity for financial, legal and business aspects or a master in finance, legal or business administration with affinity for technology and applied R&D.
- You have a good understanding of the scientific/technological area workflow to be the link between the business, clients & markets and finance
- You have gained at least two years of experience in a similar PMO role.
- You have excellent project management skills
- You are accurate and have good planning and organisation skills
- You have fluent communication and networking skills
- You are able to work independently and are also a strong team player, both with colleagues of your own team, other teams as well as with external partners.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
