In het team Talent Acquisition van AXA werken ongeveer 10 mensen. Onze belangrijkste taak bestaat erin nieuwe collega's aan te werven voor alle directies van AXA Belgium.
Onze dossierbeheerders spelen een centrale rol voor de onderneming, want zij zijn de eerste ambassadeurs/ambassadrices en contactpersonen van onze makelaars en klanten. Ze zijn van cruciaal belang zowel voor het imago van AXA als voor de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.
Om ons team te versterken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Talent Acquisition Partner die zich zal toeleggen op de aanwerving van deze profielen. De betrokken portfolio is breed, transversaal, uitdagend en krijgt daarom veel aandacht in de maatschappij.
Jouw taken binnen het team:
- Je bent van a tot z verantwoordelijk voor de aanwerving van beheerdersprofielen: je luistert naar je hiring managers en begrijpt hun noden, je bepaalt de beste strategie om de juiste profielen aan te trekken, je doet aan proactieve sourcing, je doet de interviews met de kandidaten, je beheert de vacatures en je zorgt voor de ondertekening van de arbeidsovereenkomsten.
- Naast je dagelijkse werk op het vlak van aanwervingen, werk je ook mee aan tal van projecten rond aanwerving, branding, D&I (Diversity & Inclusion)
- Je zorgt voor een optimale beleving van alle partijen, zowel de hiring managers als de kandidaten.
- Wij hanteren ook een krachtig beleid op het vlak van interne mobiliteit: je bent de eerste die onze medewerkers kan aanzetten om zich te ontwikkelen, nieuwe kansen te grijpen, te groeien binnen AXA.
- We rekenen op jou en op je innovatieve, nieuwe ideeën, je best practices, je ervaring en je goed humeur.
**Jouw Profiel**
We zijn op zoek naar het volgende profiel:
- Je hebt minstens 1 of 2 jaar ervaring op het vlak van aanwerving, idealiter in de aanwerving van profielen van administratieve bedienden of dossierbeheerders
- Je hoogste prioriteit ligt bij de beleving van je stakeholders: je doet er alles aan om je klanten (= de “ hiring managers “) en jouw kandidaten onze procedures met een positief gevoel te laten doorlopen
- Je werkt nauwgezet, georganiseerd en vastberaden
- Je bent een echte teamplayer: ons team is een goed geoliede machine en we streven ernaar om onze werking steeds te optimaliseren
- Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands
