Nous recherchons un collaborateur enthousiaste et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe dans notre Orange Shop à Bruxelles. En tant qu'expert, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les clients qui rencontrent des problèmes avec leur téléphone mobile, tablette,.... Vous êtes prêt à les aider à résoudre leurs problèmes.
- Vos tâches_

Accueillir et assister les clients dans le magasin pour leurs questions et problèmes techniques. Résoudre les problèmes techniques tels que les appareils et les cartes SIM bloqués, la configuration de nouveaux téléphones mobiles, les transferts de données entre 2 appareils, etc.
Aider les collègues des autres boutiques Orange à répondre aux questions techniques.
Aider les clients à sécuriser leur appareil
Organiser des formations

Vous êtes quelqu'un qui comprend rapidement ce dont votre client a besoin et qui peut fournir la solution appropriée.
Vous cherchez activement des solutions ; si la solution n'est pas évidente, vous l'explorez vous-même.
Pendant votre temps libre, vous aimez travailler avec les derniers gadgets technologiques et vous avez un large intérêt pour Android et Apple.
Vous êtes francophone, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout majeur.
Vous êtes flexible et disposé à travailler du lundi au samedi avec, outre le dimanche, un jour de congé fixe en semaine.
Vous commencerez à travailler sur la base d'un contrat temporaire, avec de grandes perspectives pour un poste permanent au sein de la famille Orange.
