**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- After a “training period”, you lead a team of asset managers in Belgium.
- You realize the growth of the asset revenue stream: either by i) expanding the asset portfolio or ii) improving occupancy rates and iii) lease contract value.
- You negotiate and manage all contracting aspects with tenants to keep and increase the existing revenue stream.
- You identify real estate that meets the size, space, location, and visibility requirements for potential tenants in line with the strategic focus of Alinso Group.
- You present to potential tenants information about available space, prices, and organize guided tours of the facilities on demand.
- You define in detail the business needs for built-to-suit projects and translate them to an active search for real estate or development land.
- You proactively screen the market and analyze opportunities for (re)development in terms of real-estate technical, economical, and financial potential, actively contributing to the opportunity pipeline.
- You report to a member of the EXCOM and discusses commercial opportunities on a daily basis.

**YOUR DNA**:

- You inspire your team with sharp analytical insights and your exceptional personal efficiency & commitment.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, a business-oriented field, or equivalent by experience. Additional certification in real estate management is considered an asset.
- You are a people manager with excellent communication skills
- You are self-directed, proactive, and have a can-do mentality.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
- You are a digital native, specifically in MS365. AutoCAD is a plus.
