**Your position as a Sales Operations Support Representative**:
- You will provide administrative and commercial support to the Sales teams within
- You research connectivity of addresses, create order documents, validate them and put them through as orders.
- You follow up escalations, building bridges with other departments to find the best solution for the customer.
- You work proactively and take ownership in optimizing processes.
**Your profile**:
- You have several years of professional experience preferably in a B2B environment.
- You are communicatively strong and very customer-oriented.
- You are assertive and constructively critical.
- You show sense of initiative.
- You are flexible and a good team player.
- You have strong logical reasoning skills.
- You are solution oriented.
- You have a solid knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
