Onze klant is een belangrijke Belgische speler in de wereld van de evoluerende mobiliteit. Ze geven advies rond service
- & mobiliteitsoplossingen. Ze bieden een stimulerende werkomgeving in een spiksplinternieuw gebouw in het centrum van Brussel. Dit gebouw is zeer gemakkelijk bereikbaar via openbaar vervoer (metro Rogier - Yzer en het station Brussel Noord) en biedt faciliteiten aan zoals een fietsparking, oplaadmogelijkheden en douches.
- De recruitment aanvragen analyseren en het intakegesprek voeren met de Manager om het profiel en de vereiste competenties te bepalen ;
- Deze verwachtingen vertalen naar een aantrekkelijke vacaturetekst NL - FR en deze verspreiden via sociale media & job boards dankzij onze ATS tool ;
- De efficiëntste recruitment strategie implementeren in lijn met het gezocht profiel: recruitment kanalen, externe partners, social media campagne, ;
- Voor bepaalde profielen een « Direct Search - Sourcing » strategie bepalen via de tools die ter beschikking staan (LinkedIn Recruiter) en voortdurend op zoek gaan naar nieuwe recruitment methodes;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de analyse & screening van de CV’s alsook voor het voeren van selectiegesprekken en eventuele bijkomende tests ;
- Een kwalitatieve opvolging van alle sollicitaties garanderen : interview rapporten, feedbackgesprekken omtrent de weerhouden kandidaten met de Manager & HR BP, feedback naar kandidaten, contractvoorstellen,;
- Jaarlijkse rekrutering van een « pool » seizoensmedewerkers & studenten voor onze verschillende departementen : organisatie en deelname aan jobdays ;
- Voorbereiden en deelnemen aan de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers;
- Het jaarlijkse recruitment budget beheren en optimaal benutten: onderhandelingen met externe partners, ATS Tool, facturatie (SAP), ;
- Innoverend nadenken over hoe we de aanwervingen van onze toekomstige talenten kunnen optimaliseren: nieuwe recruitment kanalen, partnerships met scholen, nieuwe technologieën, ;
De ideale collega:
- Kan zich terugvinden in de waarden: Menselijk, Betrouwbaar, Positief en Innovatief en leeft daar ook daadwerkelijk naar;
- Is in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master en een relevante ervaring van 3 à 5 jaar: Recruiter - Sourcer - Talent Acquisition;
- Beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in rekrutering & selectie: interviewtechnieken, competentieanalyse, sourcing, ;
- Is zeer goed tweetalig (NL/FR), kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt;
- Toont zich volhardend, veerkrachtig, analytisch met de nodige kwaliteitsgerichtheid : een perfecte match tussen kandidaat en functie is essentieel voor jou ;
- Heeft uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden, is betrouwbaar en gestructureerd : respect voor deadlines, doelstellingen, budgetten en dit op autonome wijze;
- Kan de nodige creativiteit aan de dag leggen en durft « out of the box » te denken om de verwachte resultaten te behalen;
- Denkt vooral oplossingsgericht en is positief en dynamisch van aard;
