Het doel is om 24/7 ondersteuning te bieden naast het interne team, zodat klanten altijd geholpen kunnen worden. Hierbij draait het om technische ondersteuning, duidelijke communicatie en het bieden van een positieve ervaring, vooral gezien de toename van oproepen in de wintermaanden door weersomstandigheden.

Fastned heeft ambitieuze plannen voor de toekomst. Het doel is om het aantal laadstations in Europa verder te vergroten en uiteindelijk het leidende netwerk van laadstations voor elektrische voertuigen wereldwijd te worden. Dit past in de bredere visie van het bedrijf om bij te dragen aan een duurzamere wereld door de overgang naar elektrisch rijden te versnellen.

**Wat doe je?**:

- Klantenservice: Beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van ondersteuning aan klanten in het Engels
- Probleemoplossing en technische hulp: In staat zijn om technische vragen te beantwoorden en klanten door eventuele problemen te helpen, vooral in de context van laadpalen en elektrische voertuigen.
- Efficiënte communicatie en doorverwijzing: Het nauwkeurig vastleggen van klantinformatie en indien nodig doorverwijzen naar gespecialiseerde teams.
- Call-back mogelijkheden: Klanten kunnen terugbellen indien een oproep gemist wordt, om een snelle follow-up te garanderen

In deze rol zorg je voor een optimale klantenservice-ervaring voor Fastned-klanten door vriendelijk en efficiënt om te gaan met hun vragen, problemen en verzoeken, vooral op het gebied van laadpaaltechnologie. De functie vereist flexibiliteit, meertalige communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om onder druk snel en kwalitatief hoogwaardige service te bieden.

Je kan vloeiend Engels spreken.

Engelstalige tools: Je kunt vaardig omgaan met Engelstalige software en systemen.

Technische affiniteit: Je hebt een sterke interesse in technologie en technische ondersteuning.

Servicegerichtheid: Je richt je op het bieden van uitstekende service aan onze techniekers, zonder commerciële doeleinden.

Samen maken we van jouw start een succes Het ganse WEngage team staat klaar om jou met open armen te ontvangen. We zorgen er voor dat je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s die je wegwijs kunnen maken in ons bedrijf. Zij nemen je mee in de voor jouw functie belangrijke programma’s, werkmethodes en procedures en laten je kennis maken met de andere teams binnen WEngage. Tijdens je inloopperiode staan ze je bij met raad en daad, maar ook daarna kan je op hen rekenen.
