Remote Care Technical Support Specialist

For this position, we are looking for a **Technical Customer Care Specialist **for our department located in Machelen.
As a technical support specialist, you will have the opportunity to use your customer relationship skills by building meaningful relationships with our sales team and a wide range of healthcare professionals.
You are the main point of contact for our customers and provide them with the best solutions and advice. You are part of a dynamic team within a motivating and inspiring environment at one of the top employers in the healthcare sector.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST?**
- Providing technical support services for Remote Patient Monitoring and CRM devices.
- Provide technical information to customers in response to inquiries.
- Perform product evaluations and tests based on reports.
- Provide support to Field Clinical Engineering/sales representatives in sales support (remote care and device management), regional training seminars, and troubleshooting.
- Providing and giving product training to internal personnel.
- Assist in the presentation of educational materials for new product training and refresher courses for physicians, nurses, and sales representatives.
- Provide technical answers to questions on Abbott's website on the website.
- Provide technical and clinical assistance to regulatory affairs personnel (internally) as needed in response to regulatory agency requests regarding Abbott devices.
- Assisting the International Division in resolving product/clinical issues involving international customers and international sales issues.
- Contribute to compliance with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other legal requirements, company policies, procedures, processes, and job assignments.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Fluent in the French and Dutch languages (both oral and written).
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in medical/electrical/mechanical engineering is preferred
- Good experience in using analytical tools and software
- Successful engagement with customers
